Definitions
“Use” or “Using” means to access, view, download, upload, or any other legal use or otherwise benefit from using the TAQNIQ.COM
“User” or “you” means any person who accesses or uses the Service for his own purpose or on behalf of someone else and includes any legal entity.
“User’s Content” means any content, including any text, data, information or other material, that you may upload, transmit or store using the functionality of the TAQNIQ.COM Service.
“Order” or “Job”: means any order placed for services through the TAQNIQ.COM Mobile Application and/or Website or any other medium or platform
TAQNIQ.COM means a website/Mobile Application of classified site owned and operated by SKW TAQNIQ PRIVATE LIMITED having its registered office at NEW DELHI South West Delhi DL 110064 IN and all screenshots, pages appearing, appended, available along with this Mobile Application.
“TAQNIQ.COM Service” means collectively including all content provided through the TAQNIQ.COM Website and/or App.
“Website” means TAQNIQ.COM and all web pages appearing, appended, available along with this Website.
TAQNIQ.COM Service Use
SERVICE USE FOR USER
User is hereby allowed to use the TAQNIQ.COM subject to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy on the App and/or Website (“Terms”). TAQNIQ.COM retains the right to change the Terms from time to time and such modified Terms shall be immediately applicable.
Every time you use the TAQNIQ.COM Service, shall constitute your acceptance of changes made to Terms.
User conveys acceptance to Terms every time the User uses the TAQNIQ.COM Service. User has discretion not to use the TAQNIQ.COM Service, so User’s use of the TAQNIQ.COM Service, despite having the right and power of not to use, is construed as User has accepted the Terms.
TAQNIQ.COM can provide User, subject to acceptance of Terms, at its sole discretion, the User Name and Password (“User Account”). TAQNIQ.COM solely reserves the right to accept or reject application made by User for having User Account without obligation of explanation. TAQNIQ.COM reserves the right to store, evaluate, analyze, verify and authenticate the personal information and data provided by the User. The User hereby acknowledges that TAQNIQ.COM continues to maintain right to close the User Account without any prior notice for any reasons whatsoever it may be.
Any person who accesses this TAQNIQ.COM Service is presumed to be legally capable of entering into a legal contract and has understood and voluntarily accepted the Terms.
SERVICE USE FOR USERS/CLIENT AND COMPANIES ASSOCIATED WITH TAQNIQ
User or Authorised Person and Client are hereby allowed to use the TAQNIQ.COM subject to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy on the App and/or Website (“Terms”). TAQNIQ.COM retains the right to change the Terms from time to time and such modified Terms shall be immediately applicable.

Rules of Conduct of Service
For Customer
TAQNIQ.COM will facilitates the service of choosing best User or Authorised Person and Company associated for opening their account and purchase in POP / POS items with TAQNIQ.COM. Customer decision of choosing affiliate Products entirely depend on the customer diligence and prudency and TAQNIQ.COM shall not solicit or encourage customer to choose any particular any item from the website. TAQNIQ.COM will assist user if TAQNIQ.COM will receive any such request from the customer in written form or filling up the assistance form embedded into the site.
TAQNIQ.COM will rate the Authorised Person and Company associated or Users affiliated with them based on their internal due diligence, experience, customer satisfaction, and past timely deliverables of the User or Authorised Person and Company associated.
It is pertinent to mention here that the rating and review of should not construed as base for choosing products rather than it should be used as assisting tool for customer own due diligence.
The TAQNIQ.COM Service shall be used solely for User’s non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable and limited personal use and for no other purposes. User’s Use of the TAQNIQ.COM Service is subject to all applicable local, state, national laws and regulations wherever applicable. Except as specifically permitted in Terms, User shall have no right to copy, change, alter, amend, reverse engineer, decompile, reverse translate, disassemble, publish, disclose, display or make available, or in any other manner, decode the TAQNIQ.COM App and/or the Website.
FOR User or Authorised Person And Company associated
TAQNIQ.COM is mediator between customer and service provider hence does not give any guarantee or warrantee of business. Listing is being done solely with motive to provide customer a list of verified or authentic institution in the market in order eradicate mal practice and fraud happening in the society. Service provider must adhere RULE OF CONDUCT OF LISTING in order to get on the list of TAQNIQ.COM, which shall be displayed on the site. All service providers should compulsory sign the MOU with TAQNIQ.COM and agreed all terms of use mutually before being displayed on the TAQNIQ.COM site. All service providers should comply with terms mentioned in the MOU throughout the contractual tenure in order to serve TAQNIQ.COM customers on regular basis. TAQNIQ.COM will reserve all rights to cancel the MOU and blacklist the service provider who breaches any terms of MOU along with rule of Conduct and rules of conduct of listing. All service providers must share fortnight due diligence report of the activity done from post Opening of account of TAQNIQ.COM customer. All service providers will also agree to get their books audited pertaining to the customers of TAQNIQ.COM site with or without informing service providers.
Ordering TAQNIQ.COM Services
You agree that, any contract for the service ordered through use of TAQNIQ.COM App and/or Website is between you and TAQNIQ.COM; any contract for the supply of TAQNIQ.COM from the TAQNIQ.COM App and/or Website is between you and TAQNIQ.COM. You agree to take reasonable care when providing TAQNIQ.COM with your details, warrant that these details are accurate, and complete at the time of ordering a service. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide are of your own credit or debit card. TAQNIQ.COM Service and/or Services purchased/availed from TAQNIQ.COM App and/or Website is intended for your use only and that you are acting as an end customer only and not as an agent for another party while using the TAQNIQ.COM Service.
You understand that some type of services may be suitable for Users within certain age ranges and gender only unless mentioned otherwise. It is your sole responsibility to check whether the service you are ordering is suitable for the intended recipient.
Photographs provided on the TAQNIQ.COM App and/or Website are only for reference and shall be treated as an example without any warranty, guarantee, quality, suitability, look, appeal and feel. The items displayed in photographs or advertisements may have variations in colors, appeal, looks, feel, etc. when compared to the services offered.
You understand that the TAQNIQ.COM is a mediating or classified company and does neither encourage or solicit any sort of advice and recommendation for buying of Products nor encourage taking any User or Authorised Person and Company associated service directly or indirectly.
Rule of Conduct of Listing in the TAQNIQ.COM
You agree to enlist yourself and ID or company after adhering the following mentioned terms and conditions-
- You understand that you may upload your details along with ID proofs.
- You understand that you need to share your current account details for money exchange between the two parties.
- You understand that you must be Indian / NRI entity along with all valid Registration NO.
Trademark and Copyright Policy
- All the users and readers agrees to act while using TAQNIQ.COM website/app within four corner of the Trademark Act -1999, Copyright Act, Patent Act, or any other acts and will not involve in any acts or acts which will tantamount to infringement of company intellectual Property rights
- Photographs used in the condensed material by the company will be the intellectual property of the company and any commercial and personal use will tantamount to infringement of company intellectual right by the users or readers.
- TAQNIQ.COM shall have exclusive intellectual ownership on the database of the company.
Personal Information
User understands and acknowledges that by choosing TAQNIQ.COM you have allowed TAQNIQ.COM to use your personal information.
User understands, acknowledges and agrees that although TAQNIQ.COM provides appropriate firewalls and protections, the TAQNIQ.COM Service is not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible.
In case, TAQNIQ.COM is required to disclose your personal information in order to assist the Government Authority or in adherence to the Court Order or to protect the interest of the TAQNIQ.COM Service and/or any particular user(s), TAQNIQ.COM will disclose it without obtaining prior permission from you. You authorize us to disclose your personal information.
Ownership of Information
All data, information is the property of TAQNIQ.COM or its Users. If you believe that the TAQNIQ.COM Service contains elements that infringe your intellectual property rights in your work, please notify TAQNIQ.COM immediately. If TAQNIQ.COM receives intellectual property right infringement claim notification and it is felt appropriate, TAQNIQ.COM may remove all such content from the TAQNIQ.COM App and/or Website, which is indicated as infringing, and/or take any other appropriate action.
Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability
The TAQNIQ.COM service and all contents, materials and postings are made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied. The TAQNIQ.COM service will be available for use, or that all services, features, functions or operations will be available or be performed as described. The services, the TAQNIQ.COM app and/or website are not hack proof. The data may be pilfered, damaged, lost, garbled or become useless. Without limiting the foregoing, TAQNIQ.COM is not responsible or liable for any malicious code, delays, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions arising out of your use of the TAQNIQ.COM service.
You understand, acknowledge and agree that you are assuming the entire risk as to your data, quality, accuracy, performance, timeliness, adequacy, completeness, correctness, authenticity, safety, security and validity of all features and functions of the TAQNIQ.COM service, including, without limitation, postings and materials associated with your use of the TAQNIQ.COM
You understand and agree that, to the fullest extent permissible by law, the TAQNIQ.COM service, TAQNIQ.COM and their successors and assigns, or any of their affiliates or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, operational service providers, advertisers or SUPPLIERS shall not be liable for any loss or damage, of any kind, direct or indirect, in connection with or arising from use of the service or from this terms of use, including, but not limited to, compensatory, consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages.
You understand that the TAQNIQ.COM is a mediating or classified company and does neither encourage or solicit any sort of advice and recommendation for buy or sell any kind of products nor encourage taking TAQNIQ has or associated parties and advising institution service directly or indirectly.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold TAQNIQ.COM its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns and licensors, franchisees or sub-franchisees, any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, licensors, representatives, advertisers, service providers and SUPPLIERS harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), resulting from any breach or violation of Terms by you, or due to your activities related to the TAQNIQ.COM Service, whether by use of User Account or otherwise.
Applicable Laws
These Terms contains the entire understanding and agreement between User and TAQNIQ.COM supersedes all prior or inconsistent understandings relating to TAQNIQ.COM Service and your use of TAQNIQ.COM Service. Terms cannot be changed or terminated orally. Any provision, which must survive in order to allow us to enforce its meaning, shall survive the termination of Terms. Terms and your use of TAQNIQ.COM Service is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India applicable to contracts made, executed and wholly performed on the TAQNIQ.COM Service, and, for the purposes of any and all legal or equitable actions, you specifically agree and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of Delhi, India and you will not object to such jurisdiction or venue on the grounds of lack of personal jurisdiction or otherwise.
Force Majeure
Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall TAQNIQ.COM be held liable for any damage or loss due to deficiency in performance of the TAQNIQ.COM Service resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures.
General Provisions
Each provision of the Terms is independent of each other. If any provision of the Terms is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of Terms, which shall remain valid and enforceable.
